Summary
We are seeking immediatly an experienced Sole Chef to join a 29m motor yacht in the South of France. We require proven experience as a Sole Chef, preferably with a minimum of 3 seasons of experience working on motor yachts of comparable size. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating pleasant culinary experiences for the charter guests. Your ability to adapt, think creatively, have a positive attitude, and deliver outstanding meals will contribute to the overall enjoyment of guests onboard. You will be responsible for planning and executing menus for various meals for 8-10 guests and 4 crew. You must be able to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, emphasizing taste, presentation, and efficient use of space and equipment. English speaking is mandatory. Required Visa: Schengen or EU resident.
