Rotational Pastry Chef - Private 100 m + M/Y

Experience and attributes required:
· Minimum of 3 years' experience (post qualification) in high-end restaurants, preferably Michelin-recognised restaurants.
· 1-2 years of yacht experience is preferable, but not necessary if training and restaurant background are strong enough.
· Experience and portfolio of Patisserie and baking, including breads.
· Positive attitude, hardworking, no drama and confidence running a pastry section.
Qualifications required:
· NVQ level 2 or above, or equivalent qualification in catering & hospitality.
· Level 2 food hygiene certificate.
· Seafarer's Medical Certificate (with 6 months' validity)
· Seafarer's Discharge Book
· STCW updated
