Candidate must have Chief Officer Unlimited and Master 3000 in hand to be considered
Yacht expereince is essential, they cannot take anyone directly from cruise or commercial due to the nature and intensity of the programme
Short yard period after the Mediterranean summer, before heading over for the Caribbean and US season
Programme is heavy with crane and tender operations, so strong management of the deck team is required
Incredible longevity amongst the current team, with internal promotions being encouraged
The vessel is part of a growing fleet
