Summary
We are looking for an experiencd Sole Chef to join our private motor yacht cruising the South Pacific. The ideal candidate should have experience in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, with strong skills in provisioning and menu planning for remote areas.
You’ll need to be highly organised, a team player, and adaptable to our expedition-style cruising. Responsibilities include preparing healthy, balanced meals for the crew, maintaining a clean and tidy galley, and working calmly and respectfully with everyone on board.
