Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a 33m high-end charter yacht based in the South of France. This is a full-time, year-round position starting as soon as possible.

- Must be based in Europe with the right to work and travel freely in the Mediterranean.
- Proven experience as a sole chef on 30–40m yachts (charter experience essential).
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and ability to cater to a variety of dietary preferences (gluten-free, vegan, healthy options).
- Ability to provision efficiently in France and Italy.
- Comfortable preparing both elegant plated meals and casual family-style service.
- Excellent time management – capable of cooking for guests and crew, plus managing all galley operations solo.
- Professional presentation and strong guest interaction skills.
