We are seeking a hands-on and experienced first mate to join a 40m Classic Private M/Y.

- Strong previous experience on similar-sized vessels in a first mate or lead deck role
- Confident with navigation, bridge watches, and all deck operations
- Comfortable leading a small team and assisting with guest activities
- Practical knowledge of maintenance, paint care, teak, and line handling
- Solid shipyard experience is a must!
- Professional, calm, and takes initiative
- Tender driving experience required
- Yachtmaster Offshore ticket required as a minimum
- Couples with a Chief Stew accepted
- A package of €5,000 with 42 days leave is on offer
