The Candidate Specification
We’re seeking a confident, professional, and driven Deckhand with a solid team mentality and at least two years of experience in a similar role. You must be a competent tender driver, this is non-negotiable and have a good understanding of day-to-day deck duties. A passion for watersports, experience with towing operations, and an eagerness to assist with guest interaction will be highly valued. The successful candidate will be joining a fun, family-orientated program with long-term crew and supportive, positive leadership.
As Deckhand, you will be an active member of a team of three on deck, involved in all areas including bridge watches, exterior maintenance, watersports and tender operations (50ft chase boat), guest support and interaction
- Required experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1, Yachtmaster Offshore preferred or Yacht Rating considered
- Required Visa: Schengen Visa (if applicable)
