Viking Crew require a temporary Relief Chief Engineer to join a 40M Motor Yacht 

Start date: 31st August 

End date: 1st November

• Yacht: 40m Private Motor Yacht
• Program: Private
• Location: Australia-based
• Salary: Competitive in AUD, depending on experience

Requirements:

• Y3 endorsed with CE III/2 (<3000gt,<9000kW),or a Y4 with an approved MTU S4000 course
• Valid STCW and ENG1 
• Confident in leading a team
• Candidates holding a MN III/1, MN2/E or III/3 will also be considered
•  

    Male Only due to cabin arrangements

    Preference given to crew already in the South Pacific

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y4 Chief Engineer (<200gt <1500kW)/ EOOW III/1 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
