Summary
Looking for an enthusiastic chef that is willing to make a strong effort for owners, guests and crew alike. All candidates must have formal chef training and experience of restaurant operations. A high standard of hygiene, organization and cleanliness is an absolute requirement. Previous experience of cooking for American owners is a plus, as is knowledge of provisioning on the East Coast USA and Bahamas. Must be skilled with planning and budgeting and willing to use providers and purveyors the yacht has already developed relationships with. Start date is flexible and we will wait for the right candidate.
The salary and leave will be commensurate with experience however rock stars need not apply.
