ROTATIONAL CHEF NEEDED FOR A 40m MOTOR YACHT

An exciting opportunity is now open for a rotational Chef on a 40m Motor Yacht.
Fantastic Owner and crew with an adventurous long-term itinerary
Minimum two years’ experience as Chef on Superyachts, Mini or Full ISM knowledge. Proven longevity and excellent references. Experience provisioning off the beaten track essential and ability to work within healthy budget. Food hygiene and galley / storerooms cleanliness essential.
The vessel also runs with Support yacht in the fleet that enables them to explore further afield and store a lot of our frozen and fresh food if required.
Cuisine styles that candidate must have a flair and love for:
Mediterranean / Greek, Italian (Chinese/Korean a bonus)
Salads/grilled fish/fresh local produce
Desserts
Fresh bread making
Whilst the Owner will normally want fairly simple family style presentation, the Chef will need to be able to step it up for dinner parties and some events when required. And also needs to prepare healthy, tasty, and varied crew food.
The right candidate will need to be self-motivated, well organised and be able to plan ahead. The candidate needs to possess a fun but professional personality and be drama free
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
- STCW including PDSD
- ENG 1
- Ships Cook Certificate will be a bonus
- Food and Hygiene level 3
- Clean full driving license
- Proven Longevity
- Excellent References are needed
PACKAGE
- Salary: €7,500/month DOE
- 182 days paid leave per year based around a 10 week on / 10 week off ratio

- Sponsored training scheme available.
- Yearly performance related bonus scheme in place. Good performance will be rewarded by a 1-month salary bonus with increased amounts possible for higher performance up to a max of a 3 month bonus.
