Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a TEMP 2nd Officer for a 70m private yacht.
The ideal candidate will already be within Europe and hold necessary Visas. Must be ready to dive into long days and fast paced deck work (in and out of tenders, towing inflatables, on and off jet skis, setting up inflatable aquaparks)
Requirements & Responsibilities
- OOW 3000 in hand
- Must have guest level confidence in driving an 11m Limo
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Assist in the management of the deck department and supervise deckhands.
- Support the captain and senior officers in navigational duties.
- Assist with some short passages but mostly focused on deck.
- Ensure the safety and smooth operation of the vessel.
- Manage all aspects of deck operations while ensuring the highest level of service to guests.
- Proactive able to jump right in
