*Couple's Position * Mate & Stewardess | 40m+ Private Sailing Yacht
40m+ Private sailing yacht with occasional charters. Cruising the Pacific Islands and New Zealand over the next two years. Family-style atmosphere onboard with a focus on delivering a high standard of service and memorable experiences, both private and charter.
This position is suited to an experienced couple with a strong sailing background and a passion for watersports. The yacht operates as a private vessel with light charter use, offering the opportunity to join a tight-knit, professional crew with a long-term outlook.

Location: Pacific Islands & New Zealand
Contract Type: Full-time, Liveaboard
Salary: DOE
Mate (OOW or RYA Yacht master Minimum)
Responsibilities Include:
- Support all sailing operations, including navigation and deck maintenance
- Ensure ISM compliance and assist with safety management
- Lead guest water-based activities, especially diving
- Stand watch and assist with passage planning and execution
Stewardess
Responsibilities Include:
- Interior management, guest service, and light housekeeping
- Assist with charter preparation and guest interaction
- Participate in water-based guest activities
- Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless onboard experience
Joint Requirements
- Previous experience working together on sailing yachts
- Strong passion for watersports, particularly diving – PADI or equivalent required
- Valid STCW (with refresher) and ENG1
- Positive attitude with a flexible and professional approach
- Comfortable working in a close-knit, team-focused environment
- Must provide current location and availability when applying
