Summary
We are seeking a confident and experienced Chief Stewardess to join a private 40m M/Y with a busy dual-season itinerary.
- The yacht is run to high standards with a family-style, low-key owner who enjoys using the boat regularly, both in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.
- This is a full-time role leading a team of two interior crew.
- The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and take pride in delivering a warm, personalised service while ensuring the interior runs smoothly and efficiently.
- The owner appreciates a calm, well-presented, and professional interior team who can manage both formal and relaxed settings.
- Overall management of the interior team and maintaining a well-structured department.
- Managing interior budgets, provisioning, and supplier relationships
- Housekeeping and laundry oversight with high attention to detail
- Liaising with the galley and bridge team to ensure seamless guest service
- At least 2 seasons of experience as chief stew
- Excellent service, housekeeping, and organisational skills
- Confident with admin, inventory systems and crew management
- Creative eye and a polished, friendly approach to guest interaction
- Longevity and solid references from similar-sized yachts
- The crew environment is friendly and professional, with longevity across departments and a strong emphasis on teamwork and respect on board.
- A valid B1/B2 is required
- A salary of €7,000-€9,000 is on offer DOE.
- 60 days leave
