First Mate required – 34m Charter Motor Yacht | Croatia | Temporary could lead to permanent
We are looking for an experienced First Mate to join a 34-meter charter motor yacht based in Croatia for the Med season. The yacht will primarily cruise along the Croatian coast and already has charters booked.
This is a temporary position until beginning of October but could lead into something permanent for the right candidate. The boat offers a monthly salary of €5500, starting asap.
The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for deck maintenance, safety procedures, watchkeeping and anchor watch, ensuring the vessel is always operating at the highest standard. During charter operations, the First Mate will also take the lead on guest interaction, delivering exceptional service while maintaining the deck and assisting with all water sports activities. This role requires a strong, hands-on individual who is confident in managing daily operations while providing an outstanding guest experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive work ethic are essential.
