Chief Stewardess required – 34m Charter Motor Yacht | Croatia | Seasonal
We are looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 34-meter charter motor yacht based in Croatia for the Med season. The yacht will primarily cruise along the Croatian coast and already has charters booked.
This is a seasonal position with a monthly salary of €5000 DOE, starting end of July 2025.
As Chief Stew you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and presentation of the yacht’s interior, ensuring it remains immaculate and inviting at all times. You’ll lead interior operations including housekeeping, laundry, and guest services.
Meal service will be one of your key responsibilities—working closely with the chef, you’ll ensure seamless breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, maintaining a refined and welcoming atmosphere. You'll also be in charge of cocktail hour, where creativity, presentation, and guest engagement are essential to elevate the onboard experience.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills and a warm, professional demeaner.
