Start Date: ASAP – Mediterranean Season 2025
Salary: €12,500/month
Leave: 60 days
Qualifications: Master 3000 preferred (Master 500 minimum considered with strong experience)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Captain on busy charter yachts
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Solid charter track record with excellent guest feedback
- Commercial awareness and a commitment to high service standards
- Hands-on approach to operations, compliance, and navigation
