Summary
We are urgently seeking a professional and experienced Chef for an 80m private motor yacht currently operating in the East Med. The ideal candidate will have previous experience on large yachts (60m+), with the ability to manage all aspects of a busy galley and deliver high-end, international cuisine to owners and guests.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Head Chef on similar-sized vessels
• Strong provisioning and menu planning skills
• Excellent knowledge of Mediterranean & international cuisine
• STCW and valid ENG1
• EU passport or valid Schengen visa preferred
• Fluent English
• Strong references required
This is a seasonal position ending on 4 October, with potential for future opportunities.
