Summary
We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Deck Stewardess, Female due to the cabin arrangements, to join our team on a 46m private motor yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while working aboard a luxury private yacht. The role is split 50% deck duties and 50% interior responsibilities,
Responsibilities:
- 50% Deck: Assisting with exterior maintenance, tender driving, water sports activities, line handling, anchoring, and other deck duties as required.
- 50% Interior: Supporting the interior team with guest services, housekeeping, and meal service when needed.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the yacht.
- Assist in maintaining the yacht’s equipment and inventory.
- Provide excellent service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the yacht’s crew to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate with a strong willingness to learn.
- STCW, ENG1, and valid yachting certifications.
- Tender driving experience is a plus.
- Professional, friendly, and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Contract & Leave:
- MLC compliant contract.
- 42 days of leave per year.
Preference will be given to candidate located in USA with B1B2 valid visa in hands.
