Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef for a 70m private/charter MY. The vessel is primarily used for private trips, with light charter activity. The final charter of the 2025 summer season will conclude before the new Head Chef joins.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience and strong longevity on yachts of a similar size. The Owner is specifically looking for someone with expertise in Asian, Fusion, Mediterranean, and International cuisine, capable of maintaining the highest culinary standards. The Owner prefers to eat a variety of canapes throughout the day rather than the standard 3 meals.
The ideal candidate must be a team player with excellent leadership and organizational skills, as they will be fully responsible for all food provisioning for both the Owner and the crew. You will be supported by a very good and cooperative Sous Chef who knows the yacht, the crew, and the Owner's preferences well.

Galley: Head Chef + Sous Chef
Fluent English. Mixed nationality crew.
A non-smoker is preferred. Tattoos are acceptable, though ideally not too large.
Other: Male only due to cabins arrangement
Salary range: €7500/8500 DOE
Leave days: 90 days per year
