Summary
We are looking for an Experienced Chef who can come and replace the current Chef from the 30th of July until the 30th of August.
You will be cooking for 3 crew members (all meals) and up to 8 guests (breakfast and one main meal per day).
We are looking for a Chef who is used to working on Yachts and who can cook Mediterranean, Italian, Asian and French cuisine ideally.
DESIRED PROFILE
Essential Requirements:
• Valid STCW 95 (STCW 2010) certification• Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate• Fluency in English is mandatory - French would be a real plus• Previous experience in the yachting industry as a Chef• We are looking for a dynamic person, who is sporty, who presents well and who has a good sense of hygiene rules in a kitchen
Experience Required:
• Yachting Experience: 1-2 years• Professional Chef Experience: 6 months - 1 year• Experience cooking for small groups (8-12 people daily)• Experience with breakfast service and formal meal preparation• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and allergies
Meal Service Requirements:
• For Crew (3 people): All meals - breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks• For Guests (up to 8 people): Breakfast and one main meal per day only• Ability to prepare breakfast service for guests• Experience with formal meal presentation• Menu planning for varied dietary preferences
Culinary Skills:
