Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join a busy private M/Y to complete the season. This role includes preparing well balanced, healthy crew food and in addition to this there will be the opportunity to assist with guest food too. The Sous Chef should have good time management skills, organised and have great communication skills too. Hygiene practices should be taken seriously and someone calm, professional and positive will be well suited to the team. Excellent references are essential.
