PWC proficiency certificate

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to take direction

Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

Tender driving, water sports.

Bonus Skills Videography, drone operation, or content creation

Key Responsibilities: Deckhand Exterior Maintenance

Exterior maintenance and detailing

Tender driving and watersports support

Guest interaction during charters

Assisting with docking, anchoring, and general deck operations

VISA: B1/B2 visa (min. 6 months) EU passport or Schengen if needed for Europe (min. 6 months).

Background check and drug testing may apply.

Description: We are looking for a hard-working deckhand to join our professional crew aboard a 75m+ motor yacht. The ideal candidate is a team player with a minimum of 1 year experience in the industry and proven longevity in previous roles. This is a hands-on position suited to someone eager to learn.

Job Specifics: Deckhand - exterior maintenance

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. 

Package: Medical coverage, 2 RT flights to and from the vessel/home port, (60 days) paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process.  

Training: Generous training/courses package

Commercial Registered Yacht: Yes

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
