Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef for a temporary position onboard an 80m+ Private Motor Yacht.
Our ideal candidate is culinary trained with 5+ years of yachting experience on larger vessels with a passion for cooking delicious and well-presented dishes.
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient candidate with strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, someone who is adaptable and skilled in a variety of cuisines, capable of creating exciting and fresh menus with a flair.
Many of the crew onboard have worked for the owner for a long time, so crew retention is HIGH.
This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to thoroughly understand guest preferences, extensive food and nutrition knowledge, creative menu planning with an artistic flair but also happy to cook more simple food when asked.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced chef that is passionate about his/her job with a cool, calm and collected personality, a great sense of humour and a good banter. We are looking for a down-to-earth candidate who has an easy-going personality, passionate about food and a caring persona.

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, Ships Cook certificate
Requirements for application: Min 5 years' experience as a Head Chef on a large MY, Culinary training, Comfortable in provisioning, menu planning, good verifiable references and a non-smoker.
Salary: DOE Euros
Additional Information: Tattoos are ok within reason.
