Job description:
We are looking for a head chef available asap to join a 69m charter passanger yacht
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Head chef managing a big team (Strong land-based or cruise ship experience is required). You have to run a galley of 5 and produce meals up to approximately 60 people (aprox. 30 crew members and up to 30 guests )
- Good attitude and natural leader
- International repertoire of cuisine types. 2 charters are booked.
- Fluent English
Salary: Salary 8000 EUR pm
Package: Permanent non-rotational contract. 45 days leave per year
