Our client is seeking a talented Commis/Sous Chef to join this prestigious 90m+ private and charter sailing yacht, with an exciting summer season ahead.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and creative chef who is eager to work on a one-of-a-kind vessel known for its exceptional crew culture and longevity among HODs. You will be working closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, seasonal, and beautifully presented dishes for both guests and crew.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role on yachts of 60m+ or high-end hospitality establishments.
- Possess strong culinary skills, with an eye for detail and a flair for modern plating.
- Be confident with provisioning, stock rotation, and maintaining excellent galley standards.
- Have a positive, team-oriented attitude and thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.
