ROTATIONAL PURSER NEEDED FOR A 120M+ PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT

We are looking for an experienced Purser with a minimum of 3 years purser experience and minimum of 1 year purser experience on a 100m+ Yacht to join a 120m+ private motor yacht based in the Mediterranean. The role will involve managing financial and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth yacht operations, and promoting a positive, engaging work environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing payroll and invoicing, coordinating purchasing controls with Heads of Department, and preparing monthly financial reports for the Owner’s office. The Purser will act as a liaison between the yacht, Management, and suppliers, and assist with crew recruitment, contracts, and terminations in collaboration with the Captain and Management. Other duties include crew training administration, managing medical appointments and insurance claims, and handling crew confidentiality agreements.
This position requires strong organizational and financial management skills, with a focus on efficiency and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have prior experience on 100m+ yachts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 10-week on and 10-week off rotation, with annual flights and a seniority bonus scheme.

Runs with a crew of 40 - 50. Interior department of 16.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:
- STCW/ENG1
- Designated Security Duties Certificate
- Security Awareness training
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shot
- Willingness to undergo medical screening (TB test)
- 3 years of Purser experience and a minimum of 1 year on 100m+ yachts
- Excellent references needed
