Summary
We are looking to hire a driven and enthusiastic Private Household Recruiter to join our close-knit team. You will be required to hit the ground running in this role as we are exceptionally busy, so you must be able to work at a fast pace and be driven to excel in your role.
19 London is a recruitment agency focussing predominantly on hiring Private Household Staff, Personal & Executive Assistants, Family Office Professionals, and Super Yacht Crew for successful and high-profile individuals, families and corporations internationally.
We have a new opening for a superstar Recruiter to help us manage our large and ever-growing client base as we expand over 2025 and beyond. No prior recruitment experience is required, and training will be provided, however, in order to excel in this fast-paced role, you will be required to be hardworking, confident, tenacious, and driven to exceed targets.
This is a full-time, permanent position working from home – Monday to Friday. You must be open to being responsive outside of core office hours due to the nature of our clients’ activities and various time zones our clients operate in.
Salary is dependent on experience, plus commission on all fees (paid monthly with salary), private healthcare, company phone, 28 days’ holiday (including UK bank holidays).
THE ROLE:
• Client management – you will have the confidence to call and speak with high-profile and high net worth individuals and well-known corporations. You will be required to provide first-class service to our clients, build lasting relationships to ensure 19 London is their go-to for all their recruitment needs
• Job management – taking job briefs from clients, managing client expectations, writing job descriptions and advertising, shortlisting, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiations
• Candidate resourcing – you will source top talent and grow our candidate database. You will interview candidates, assessing their suitability for our clients’ needs and prepare candidate packages for clients
• Business development – you will occasionally help bring clients into the business and know what avenues to use in order to achieve this, as well as utilize your own personal network. You will be expected to have some knowledge of how to do business development (fyi – due to the nature of our work and clients we are not a cold-calling recruitment agency)
• Manage your own workload efficiently and effectively, enabling you to close roles swiftly whilst still providing first-class levels of service to clients and candidates
• Manage all job applications from candidates via the database, job boards, and the website
• Compliance: ensuring candidates’ eligibility to work and taking thorough references (alongside our team assistant)
• Database admin (candidate CV management and knowledge of GDPR compliance).
• Social media management – utilizing our team assistant to ensure new jobs are posted frequently on Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as contribute to blog posts from time to time

• You will work at pace – we expect you to work with speed and accuracy
• You will be tenacious, driven and eager to exceed sales targets
• You will be confident in sourcing candidates, using our existing database and network, as well as sourcing new candidates through other means
• You will know how our industry works – you will understand the divisions we have, and will not be phased by the types of clients that we work with
