Experience and attributes required:
• 2+ years of experience on 40-60m yachts as a Chief Officer.
• Confident handling of ISM, GMP, PMS, LSA and FFE.
• Planning and running drills. Passage planning, navigation and watchkeeping.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Professional can-do attitude. Proven experience on yachts. A hands-on attitude and ability to lead by example.

Qualifications required:
• MCA CoC Chief Mate <3000GT
• Ship security officer
• ECDIS Generic - Transas Navisailor 4000 is a plus
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate (with 6 months' validity)
• Seafarer's Discharge Book
• STCW updated
