Summary

Start Date: Beginning of August – no later than 13th August

Salary: DOE

Contract: Private with light charter

Cabin: Shared

Location: Med-based

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join an 80m private and light charter motor yacht. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering high-end, diverse menus with a strong background in Asian cuisine being highly beneficial.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Head Chef on similar-sized yachts
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of international cuisines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the interior and galley team
  • Excellent provisioning and organizational skills

Male candidates only, due to cabin arrangements.

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
  • ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
