The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a well-presented, hardworking stewardess with a minimum of one year’s experience on 60m+ yachts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You should be adaptable, professional, and capable of maintaining high standards under pressure. A Schengen visa is essential, and a B1/B2 visa is highly preferred due to the vessel’s itinerary. This is a rotational stewardess position on a world-cruising, 100M+ private vessel. You’ll be joining a large, well-established interior team with strong longevity and leadership. The role will be primarily focused on housekeeping with occasional support in service when needed. Ideal for a stewardess with great energy, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow within a high-performing crew.
- Required experience: At least 1 year of experience on 60m+ yachts in a housekeeping and/or service role, Strong attention to detail, proactive work ethic, and a can-do attitude, Confident working in a structured, high-standard interior team
