The Candidate Specification
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven 2nd Officer to join a highly professional program. The successful candidate will take on a primarily bridge-based role and work closely with the Chief Officer, with a potential future pathway to Chief Officer.
You will be responsible for safe navigation, bridge watches, and passage planning, take part in safety operations and onboard drills, support Chief Officer in all bridge-related duties.
- Required experience: Several years of bridge experience on large yachts, proven navigation, safety, and leadership capabilities
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1, OOW 3000 (Chief Mate preferred)
- Required Visa: Schengen (if applicable)
- Due to Cabin arrangements: Male
