Sole Chef – Charter 38m M/Y
We are seeking an experienced and creative Sole Chef to join a busy charter motor yacht. This is a fantastic seasonal opportunity for a confident chef with strong charter experience who enjoys working in a dynamic, professional environment. The ideal candidate will be able to cater to a variety of guest preferences and maintain high standards under pressure.
Start date: 22 July – October
Itinerary: Mediterranean
Package: Competitive salary in Euros + charter tips, leave included
Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 2 seasons’ experience as a Sole Chef on charter yachts
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, diverse cuisine for charter guests
• Excellent provisioning skills and budget awareness
• Strong time management and calm under pressure during busy back-to-back charters
• Good team spirit and communication with crew
Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• Food hygiene certification (valid)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
