Chief Officer – Charter 38m M/Y
We are recruiting a seasonal Chief Officer for a busy 38m charter motor yacht . This is a hands-on role suited to a confident and experienced deck professional who enjoys working in a dynamic team and charter environment. The vessel runs with a professional crew and an active summer schedule.
Start date: ASAP
Itinerary: Greece and Mediterranean
Package: Salary paid in Euros, leave included
Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 2 seasons’ experience as Chief Officer or Bosun on similar-sized charter yachts
• Strong deck leadership and navigational skills
• Experience handling guest operations and supporting busy charter programs
• Proactive, organised, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications required:
• Yacht Master Offshore (minimum)
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
