Location: Nice, South of France
Contract: Temporary for up to 6 weeks.
Salary: €10500 per Month (pro-rata)
Accommodation: Own cabin onboard

Guests: Up to 16 guests & 40 crew

Job description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join a very busy 110m+ charter yacht for a 6-week temporary contract.
The role begins on 24th July in Nice, South of France.
The Head Chef will lead a galley team of four, overseeing all culinary operations for up to 16 guests and 40 crew. Responsibilities include menu planning, provisioning, guest and crew meal execution, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. This is a demanding but rewarding position on a yacht known for its high-profile charters and exceptional service.
The successful candidate must hold a Ships Cook Certificate, an updated STCW and ENG1 and have strong Head Chef experience on charter yachts over 80m.
A professional, positive attitude and the ability to manage a busy charter schedule are essential. The yacht provides a private cabin for the Head Chef, so both male and female chefs are welcome to apply.
Flexibility to accommodate occasional extra guests during events is required. Candidates must be available to join the vessel in Nice, SOF, for up to 6 weeks.
