Sous-Chef Position
67m private dual season motor yacht
Permanent position starting in August
Seeking talented and enthusiastic candidates
The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, diverse cuisine for both guests and crew
Cooking for 16 crew, with an emphasis on health-conscious, balanced meals
Assisting the Head Chef with guest meals, provisioning, planning, and galley operations
Preparing a wide variety of international cuisines
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Supporting a positive and team-focused galley environment
Formal culinary training preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Positive attitude and team player
60 days holidays
B1/B2 already in hand
FEMALE ONLY due to cabin arrangements

Experience: 1 Season+
Salary: 6000USD (DOE)
