We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Captain for a 30m MY with an owner who spends extended periods onboard. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering a high standard of service, safety, and maintenance at all times. This is an active, owner-focused program requiring a Captain who is comfortable managing a small crew, handling all aspects of navigation and operations, and taking a proactive approach.
