We are looking for a motivated and capable Mate/Engineer to join our busy 100-foot charter yacht. This role is responsible for overseeing the vessel’s maintenance schedule and carrying out repairs of all scopes — from routine fixes to major projects — to keep the yacht in excellent condition at all times. The ideal candidate is a flexible, hands-on team player who’s ready to step in and help wherever needed. This will suit candidates who value a healthy work-life balance and wish to be based in Fort Lauderdale.
