Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced Deckhand/Water sport instructor for a 100m+ yacht
The ideal candidate will have lots of water sport experience with a can do attitude and is great with kids.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on a similar size vessel
- Water-sport instructor in multiple disciplines
- PB L2, PDSD, Deck rating & HLO/HLA
- Confident on deck with good product knowledge
- Charter experience
- Confident with water-sports for kids & adults- flite-board, jet-ski, windsurf, sailing etc.
- Proactive mindset
- Team player with great communication skills
Start date: ASAP
Location: Med
Salary: EUR 3750 negotiable DOE
Leave: 4:2 rotation
Vessel & itinerary – Very busy Private/Charter vessel – dual season
