Contract: Seasonal (with potential for permanent position post-summer)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Deckhand who is ready to take the next step in their yachting career and grow on larger yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident in their deck skills and eager to be part of a supportive, professional team.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Deckhand on yachts
- High-level tender driving skills (jet tender and/or chase boat experience a strong advantage)
- Strong knowledge of deck maintenance, washdowns, lines and fenders, anchoring, etc.
- Familiar with watersports setup and guest interaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluent in English
Additional Desirables:
- Powerboat Level 2 (mandatory)
- PWC license (preferred)
- Yachtmaster or ongoing studies toward higher certifications (preferred)
- Experience with painting/varnishing and other detailed maintenance tasks
