Chief Steward/Stewardess – 40m+ Private Motor Yacht (Med/Caribbean)
We are looking for an experienced and professional Chief Steward/Stewardess for a 40m+ privately owned motor yacht with a dual-season itinerary: Mediterranean summers and Caribbean winters. The position is full-time and live-aboard, starting in mid July.
About the Position:
You will be responsible for the full interior operation, leading and managing a small interior team (2–3 stews). The yacht is strictly private use only – no charters – and run to high standards with an emphasis on discretion, calm efficiency, and immaculate presentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Chief Stew or a solid background as 2nd Stew on yachts of similar size
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Strong service background with a keen eye for detail
- Professional, discreet, and confident in running a high-standard interior
- Fluent English required
- Valid STCW, ENG1
