Summary
We are seeking an experienced Second Steward to join a professional and friendly interior team on a 60m charter sailing yacht.
The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of service and capable of leading and managing housekeeping operations to a high standard. You will work closely with the Chief Stewardess to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences during busy charter periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee housekeeping duties, maintaining immaculate guest and crew areas
- Confident in service
- Assist the Chief Steward with inventory, provisioning, and interior administration
- Train and support junior interior crew as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Second Steward on similar-sized vessels
- Strong service skills and excellent attention to detail
- Time-management abilities
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mentality
