Summary
A highly regarded 60m sailing superyacht is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a well-run interior team. You will be joining an established program and following the systems, standards, and leadership already in place with the current Chief Stewardess.

Rotation
- 2:2 rotation
- Seamless handover and consistency between rotations expected
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess
- Previous sailing yacht experience essential
- Experience managing a team of 3 or more interior crew
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to integrate smoothly into an established interior structure
- High standards of service, presentation, and guest care
- Charter experience preferred
