CHIEF STEWARD/ESS
Daily Rate: $300
Contract: 3 months (possibility to extend)
Start: ASAP
Lead the interior team through setup and into a charter and owner's trip.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and organization of all interior spaces
- Train and supervise the interior team
- Ensure the highest level of guest service and housekeeping
- Manage inventories, provisioning, and guest preferences
- Work closely with the Chef and deck team for seamless operations
- Reporting to: Captain
- What we expect:
- Previous Chief Stew experience on yachts 50m+
- Excellent leadership, organization, and guest service skills
- Eye for detail and ability to multitask
