CHIEF STEWARD/ESS

Daily Rate: $300

Contract: 3 months (possibility to extend)

Start: ASAP

Lead the interior team through setup and into a charter and owner's trip.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup and organization of all interior spaces
• Train and supervise the interior team
• Ensure the highest level of guest service and housekeeping
• Manage inventories, provisioning, and guest preferences
• Work closely with the Chef and deck team for seamless operations
• Reporting to: Captain
• What we expect:
• Previous Chief Stew experience on yachts 50m+
• Excellent leadership, organization, and guest service skills
• Eye for detail and ability to multitask

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Officer of the Watch <3000gt

Food & Hygiene Qualifications

• Food Hygiene (HABC Level 2)
