Sole Chef in Italy

Summary

We are currently looking for a Sole Chef to join a 50m Charter/private yacht ASAP.

Joining in Naples, Italy.

Vessel is currently in the Mediterranean in the middle of a charter season. 4 Charters left for the season then returning to the USA.

Start date: 12th July 2025.

Experience:

Charter experience.

Fine dining experience.

Ability to budget/ keep good records.

Level headed.

4:2 rotation with position turning 2:2 by the end of the year

Male or female.

Please have pictures, sample menus ready!

Itinerary: Med, Caribbean, United States, then Pacific/Alaska

Visas: B1/B2 preferred

Certificates: STCW, ENG1, ships cook, restaurant experience

Boat: 50m charter/private Yacht

Package: $DOE to be discussed with Captain, industry standard.

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Culinary Qualifications (or equivalent)

• Culinary Certificate(s)

• Ship's Cook Certificate
• Food Hygiene (HABC Level 2)
