The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a 3rd Officer to join a well-run 80M+ private yacht based in Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already holds their OOW 3000 and looking to step up.
You will support bridge operations and be hands on with the deck department.
This is a quieter program, making it perfect for someone eager to grow their skills and receive structured training. The vessel places a strong emphasis on mentorship and internal progression.
Candidates with watersports experience will be a great fit, as the crew enjoys these activities together when possible. The yacht offers a positive, supportive crew dynamic and is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, takes initiative, and wants to progress their maritime career.
- Required experience: 1+ year as Bosun or 3rd Officer or cruise background
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1, OOW 3000
