About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Deckhand to join this 62m MY.The vessel is privately owned and primarily used by a family of 6-8 max.The atmosphere onboard is friendly, family-oriented, and professional. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within a supportive and well-managed environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Male (due to cabin arrangements)
1 season / 1 year of experience preferred
Green or entry-level candidates considered if they have a strong background in boating, sailing, or similar
Yachtmaster Offshore preferred
Yacht Rating essential
B1/B2 visa in hand preferred
Interest in diving and/or spearfishing is a plus
Requirements:
STCW + Refresher (if applicable)
Valid ENG1 (minimum 6 months validity)
Salary & Package:
€3,000/month
Potential increase to €3,300/month after successful probation, depending on experience
70 days leave per annum
2 return flights per annum
€1,250 annual training budget
