We are currently seeking an accomplished and highly driven Senior Sales Broker to join our team in Dubai.
As an experienced Sales Broker, you will be an integral part of our sales team in the sale and purchase of luxury yachts as well as developing business opportunities for other areas across the company. The successful candidate, a self-starter, will have a positive attitude and ability to prioritize all tasks, whilst maintaining the levels of service to the highest standards at all times.
You will be a team player who can adapt to various departments. Outstanding communication skills both written and spoken in English, you can build strong relationships with employees and clients. You will need strong IT skills to work fast and across multiple platforms.
You would need to be flexible as there may be occasions when you are required to work additional hours or at weekends, outside of our core business hours to ensure service is covered, or attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Transaction Management:
- The employee shall work independently and as part of a team in the sale and purchase of yachts, managing the process from initial inquiry to successful closing, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and potential returns in the Dubai and regional markets.
- The employee shall develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service to both buyers and sellers.
· The employee shall conduct viewings and sea trials, to ensure that all aspects of the yacht are presented professionally.
· The employee shall follow and adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with an existing client base, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Leverage professional networks, referrals, and company-provided leads to expand client portfolio.
Market Expertise & Analysis:
- Stay abreast of the latest market developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes affecting the yachting industry in Dubai and the wider GCC region.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Provide informed market insights and advice to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and monitor industry trends.
- Participate in yacht shows and related events to network and promote our listings.
Performance & Reporting:
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- The employee shall assist in the creation of marketing materials and online listings to effectively showcase yachts for sale.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, legal, and administration to ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complete, overseeing a seamless client service.
- Potentially mentor and guide junior brokers, sharing best practices and market knowledge.
Required skills and qualifications
· 5-8 years’ direct sales brokerage experience in a similar role within the yachting industry.
· Proven track record of high-value sales achievements and exceeding targets in the Dubai/UAE market.
· A strong existing network within the Dubai market is a significant asset.
· Familiarity with local regulations and market practices in Dubai is crucial.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels. A professional demeanor and appearance.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages would be a plus but not essential.
· Strong numeracy skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Flexibility – with a can do / will do attitude as well as willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
· Ability to take initiative and always thinking one-step ahead.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Passionate about the boating and yachting industry.
· Flexibility to work weekends and attend events as required.
· Solid computing skills; proficient in Microsoft Office package, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
