Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to support a dynamic family based in Mallorca. The principals run a successful international women’s fashion brand and require a full-time PA to assist in all areas of their personal and professional lives.
This is a varied position requiring flexibility, initiative, and a can-do attitude. A large part of the role involves coordinating and managing complex international travel plans across Europe and China. The position is primarily based in Mallorca, with frequent travel.
Fluency in Mallorquín and access to reliable transport on the island are essential. Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable—if the successful candidate speaks Mandarin, they will accompany the family on trips to China. If not, the role will remain mostly Spain-based, with occasional travel within Europe.
While childcare is not a core responsibility, occasional assistance with the family’s 6-year-old daughter may be required. A background or strong interest in fashion would be a distinct advantage.

Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Background or interest in fashion preferred
Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience
