Summary
We are looking for a rotational tender engineer to join a 110m busy dual season charter yacht.
- This yacht charters heavily and has historically done very well. All tips are split equally.
- Full 2:2 rotation on offer.
- There are 15 craft on board and you will be required to manage the operational and maintenance aspect of these tenders and toys.
- No tickets required but you will be required to have a previous hands-on land based engineering background, or a strong deck background with a keen and proven interest in Engineering.
- You will be required to launch, recover, set up and drive the tenders every now and then.
- The yacht will be happy to pay for additional courses that you would like to attend during your time off, on the basis that they benefit the overall boats program.
- The yacht will sort out your US B1B2 visa for you if required.
- The salary on offer is €4,500 + equal split of charter tips.
- Non smoker, No Sleeve Tattoos etc and must be fit and healthy.
- Shipyard periods will involve overhauling tenders, organising lift outs etc.
- This position is ideal for a self starter and someone who enjoys self managing their work area. Some really good responsibility in this role.
- They would ideally like someone to start by 10th of July but there is leeway for that special candidate.
- Look at this role as a 50/50 Deck/Engineering role.
