Summary
A prestigious and highly regarded sailing yacht fresh out of a year-long refi, is seeking a seasoned, skilled, and technically adept sailor to join their team in as Bosun
This will be a Med-based cruising programme for the summer months with Winter spent in the Caribbean. There will be occasional racing and regattas at the owners discretion
Candidate Requirements:
- Yachtmaster Offshore minimum
- Extensive experience under sail on large sailing yachts
- Strong background in racing or competitive sailing
- Excellent understanding of large loads, winches, rigging and sail handling
- Either a proven Bosun, or a highly experienced sailing deckhand ready to step into a leadership role
- Schengen Visa in hand or EU Passport
